Shanon Ingles is an Emmy-winning writer, BAFTA member and founder of Martian Brothel, a writing studio that specializes in outsourcing writing and narrative design for interactive television, film and games. She joined Naughty Dog in 2025 as a writer.
With over sixteen credits in video games and television, she's best known for her work on critically acclaimed games such as Marvel's Midnight Suns, God of War: Ragnarok, Batman: The Enemy Within, Batman: A Telltale Series, Read Only Memories: Neurodiver, and the upcoming game Judas.
She won an Emmy for Outstanding Innovation for Emerging Media Programming in 2024 for her work as Lead Writer for the interactive streaming series Silent Hill: Ascension.
Ingles earned a B.A. in cognitive psychology from New College of Florida and attended graduate school at University of Texas at Austin's Radio-Television-Film program, where she was awarded a Michener Fellowship for writing. As a New College of Florida alum, she's heavily involved in Save New College, working with faculty, students, parents, and alums in Florida and the rest of the country to fight off aggressive political attacks on higher education and educational freedom.
