Joe Pantoliano and Steve Schirripa might have Janice Soprano in common, but this holiday season the stars of the HBO hit series are reuniting for a different kind of love story set on the gridiron. That's right, Hallmark is back at it again this year with Holiday Touchdown: A Bills Love Story, the second in their popular sports-centered romance series following last year's A Chiefs Love Story – and before you ask, no, they’re not falling for each other.

Pantoliano – who portrayed Ralph Cifaretto on The Sopranos – is replacing star Tony Danza (Who's the Boss?) after Danza had to pull out due to a scheduling conflict. He's set to play Uncle Tommy to Holland Roden's character of Morgan Quinn, and is said to be an "integral figure in the movie's central mystery plot" as Morgan and her love interest, Gabe DeLuca (Matthew Daddario), set out to find an anonymous...

Hallmark Channel is currently filming the upcoming Christmas movie Holiday Touchdown: A Bills Love Story and there has been a casting shakeup.

Tony Danza was originally set to star in the film, but he had to drop out due to a “last-minute scheduling conflict,” according to Entertainment Weekly.

The news comes just two days after the cast for the new Holiday Touchdown movie was announced. Holland Roden and Matthew Daddario will lead the film alongside an exciting supporting cast. This is the second film in Hallmark’s new franchise as part of its partnership with the NFL.

Tony‘s replacement in the movie will be Joe Pantoliano, which sets up a The Sopranos reunion as Steve Schirripa is already cast in the project!

On Monday, Variety reported that Hallmark’s Holiday Touchdown: A Bills Love Story is starring Tipline Mysteries star Holland Roden and Shadowhunters star Matthew Daddario.

In addition, Who’s The Boss alum Tony Danza, Tracy Pollan, Caroline Aaron, and Sopranos and Blue Bloods alum Steve Schirripa also star. As this movie is in collaboration with the NFL, fans may expect to see some players.

Hallmark has set its starting lineup for “Holiday Touchdown: A Bills Love Story,” their second time teaming up with the NFL.

Holland Roden, Matthew Daddario, Tony Danza, Tracy Pollan, Caroline Aaron, Steve Schirripa and Patti Murin will star in the film, set to premiere during Hallmark Channel’s 16th annual Countdown to Christmas. Head coach Sean McDermott, running back Ray Davis, safety Damar Hamlin, offensive tackle Dion Dawkins, tight end Dawson Knox, long snapper Reid Ferguson, defensive tackle DeWayne Carter and wide receiver Joshua Palmer will also appear in the movie.

Bills legend Jim Kelly, former players Steve Tasker, Thurman Thomas, Scott Norwood and Andre Reed, and Bills announcer Chris Brown are set to make cameos, as is Luke Russert, the son of the late broadcast journalist and die-hard Bills fan Tim Russert.

Production kicks off on Monday in Buffalo, NY, both around the city and inside Highmark Stadium and Oishei Children’s Hospital.
