Self-proclaimed descendant of Charlemagne, devout cinephile and a practicing bon vivant, Maxime joined XYZ in early 2017 after spending six years at the film financing group Ingenious Media in London where he was responsible for sourcing, evaluating and negotiating investments in studio and independent film productions, including some of the XYZ titles on this website. Prior to financing films, Maxime spent time in the international sales office of Summit Entertainment following brief forays into management consulting and investment banking.
When not devoting his lifeblood to the pursuit of good kino and la bonne chère, Maxime enjoys the ocean, excessive nostalgia for times past, being a political dilettante, as well as watching race cars drive around in circles every second Sunday.
A French and German national by way of the UK, Australia and South East Asia, Maxime speaks fluent English, French and German, and currently resides in Los Angeles.
