Houston Texans receiver Tank Dell was injured during a mass shooting in Sanford, Florida, last month. Dell suffered a flesh wound as a bullet pierced the back of his leg and went through the front of his leg – he was sent to Texas immediately after staying in the hospital for a day after the shooting.
The Texans receiver quickly recovered from the wound, as he was seen on video running routes at the University of Houston’s training facility. Dell’s trainer, Delfonte Diamond, was amazed by the receiver’s fast recovery.
“Oh man, Tank looked good; it’s the real deal. He hasn’t lost a step,” he said.
Diamond posted a video on Instagram showcasing the receiver’s workout. The receiver caught a pass from quarterback C.J. Stroud as part of a 7-on-7 workout. “I’m happy for Tank to get back out there,” said coach DeMeco Ryans.

The Ravens took that game 25-9, on the back of two scores from Justice Hill after J.K. Dobbins was lost for the season with a torn Achilles tendon. That’s old history for both teams now, and you can watch them look to write a new story when they meet on ABC and ESPN, which you can watch with a subscription to Directv Stream.

Super Wild Card Weekend kicks off on Saturday, Jan. 13 when the Houston Texans host the Cleveland Browns in the AFC Wild Card Playoffs from Nrg Stadium with kickoff at 4:30 p.m. Et. Houston (10-7), led by rookie quarterback C.J. Stroud finished first in the AFC South division, winning three of their last four to close out the season. They’ll be looking for revenge after Cleveland beat them 36-22 just a few weeks ago on Dec. 24 in Houston. Cleveland, meanwhile, comes in with an 11-6 record, finishing second in the AFC North and winning four of five to end their regular season. Wide receiver Amari Cooper will look to continue his dominance over Houston after he put up a career-high 265 yards and two touchdowns - despite nursing an injury to his heel — in last month’s game.
