Anna Gudbrands is an Icelandic cinematographer working across fashion, narrative, music video, commercial and documentary. She has a fine art and photography background from London's Central Saint Martins and a Masters in Cinematography from Goldsmiths University.
Anna has an extensive experience in commercials and music videos, clients including Christian Dior, Wonderbra, Relentless Energy Drink, international menswear brand Zegna, hair care giant Schwarzkopf, skincare brand Augustinus Bader and London's National Theatre. She has shot multiple music videos, for artists including Beth Orton and Temples. Anna has also shot a variety of documentaries and fashion projects for large publications such as I-D Magazine and The Face Magazine.
She is a member of the esteemed UK female DOP collective Illuminatrix/Rising and has been nominated for Best Cinematography at Underwire Festival in 2019 for the horror short Retch.
Anna has been featured in interviews with British Cinematographer Magazine, both in print and on video, DOP Choice, Zeiss Lenses and Cinematography For Actors.
