Reality show star and Duck Dynasty personality Phil Robertson has passed away. He was 79 years old.
On Facebook, the news of Robertson's death was announced by his daughter-in-law, Korie Robertson, who's married to Phil's son Willie. She included a statement from the family to confirm that the elder Robertson had died on May 25. No other details were divulged about Robertson's death, though it's been known that he was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease. He had also been suffering from a blood disease.
"We celebrate today that our father, husband, and grandfather, Phil Robertson, is now with the Lord," the statement reads. "He reminded us often of the words of Paul, 'you do not grieve like those who have no hope. For we believe that Jesus died and rose again, and so we believe that God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in him.'"

When CBS’ NCIS: Origins resumes its freshman run this Monday at 10/9, as Narrator Gibbs might put it, “This is the story of… Michael” — as in Nis Special Agent Mike Franks.
“It is,” Kyle Schmid concurred at the top of an in-depth, Friday-night conversation with TVLine. “It is very much the beginning of jumping into the backstory of Mike Franks. And I think it’s a really important story to tell, because of the relationship between Mike and Gibbs (played by Austin Stowell).

The following contains spoilers from Criminal Minds: Evolution Season 2, Episode 5, "Conspiracy vs. Theory."
It's the midway point for Season 2 of Criminal Minds: Evolution, and Gold Star, Elias Voit (Zack Gilford) and Emily Prentiss's (Paget Brewster) deeply disturbed neighbor are bringing the FBI's Behavioral Analysis Unit (Bau) to their breaking point. After mostly leading on the members of the Bau and mocking them for it, Voit finally starts helping with the investigation into Gold Star. However, Voit plays both sides expertly, narrowly avoiding death.
"Conspiracy vs. Theory" is an episode that shows just how much Criminal Minds changed in its reboot in, Evolution. Unlike the past few episodes or any of the show's classic seasons, there was no case-of-the-week here. Instead, the whole narrative focused squarely on the Gold Star investigation. Criminal Minds' transformation from episodic cases to a serialized investigation has never been more apparent than in this episode. The Bau recently discovered that,...

“We’re founded on the idea that games ought to be approachable for everybody.”
That’s Dr. Matthew White, CEO of Whitethorn Games, an indie publisher based in Erie, Pennsylvania. Their games include the calming mail delivery experience Lake, developed by Dutch outfit Gamious and released this year; and 2020 crafting adventure game Wytchwood from Canadian developer Alientrap, among many others.
White grew up playing “cozy stuff” like Harvest Moon and Pokemon, while his friends were out “crushing beer cans” and playing Halo. “Generally speaking, the [games] industry is full of all kinds of ways for you to run down a hallway and kill somebody, so I really wanted something a little more interesting,” he tells The Hollywood Reporter. As he dug into the audience of people over age 27 who tend to have families and restraints on their time, but who do prioritize the games they want to play,...
