Noelle "Noey" Frances Spriggs was born on January 5, 1999 in Grand Rapids, Michigan to Roger, a lighting designer and road manager to musical acts, and Karen, a mortgage industry employee. She, and her sister Kassandra and brother Dalton, were raised in Jenison, Michigan.

Noey is a Special Makeup Effects Artist based out of West Michigan.
