Chloe was born and raised in San Diego, CA and attends La Jolla High School. She has an American father and a French mother and is fluent in French and English. Her passion for acting started when she was nine and hasn't stopped. She is actively involved with local theatre and filmed her first television show in 2017. Chloe extends her talents into the modeling world as well. She was discovered in a department store and has walked the runway for both New York and LA Fashion Week.
