Michael Pogarian is a creative producer at Fullscreen Media with a passion for multidimensional and authentic storytelling. He co-created and oversees the AT&T Hello Lab Mentorship Program, a new initiative that brought together entertainment industry leaders with aspiring filmmakers from diverse backgrounds as they created their signature work. Mentors included Octavia Spencer, Common, Rick Famuyiwa, Desiree Akhavan, and Nina Yang Bongiovi. In year one of the the program, he executive produced five short films that premiered on DirecTV Now and have been accepted to notable film festivals such as SXSW, Cinequest, Arizona International Film Festival and Minneapolis St. Paul International Film Festival. At Fullscreen, he has also produced award winning interactive digital and social series. Before that Michael worked in unscripted development and production at Magical Elves and Zodiak USA. In 2012, he graduated from Boston University's School of Communications with a degree in Film and Television Production.
