AMC Networks’ Shudder has announced the titles that will be available on the streaming service next month. The Shudder February 2025 slate includes horror, thriller, and supernatural titles.

The February schedule includes The Birthday, The Dead Thing, Humanist Vampire Seeking Consenting Suicidal Person and Little Bites.

Shudder’s expanding library of films, TV series, and original content is available on most streaming devices in the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand.

Written and directed by Spider One, Little Bites centers on Mindy, a young widow and mother who tries to protect her daughter Alice from a flesh eating monster named Agyar. Mindy has been secretly sacrificing her own life by allowing the creature to feast on her body as she keeps Alice hidden away at her grandmother’s house.

The 78-year-old music icon supported son Chaz Bono at the premiere of his new horror movie Little Bites at the 2024 Beyond Fest at American Cinematheque on Thursday (Oct. 3) held at the Aero Theatre in Santa Monica, Calif.

Fellow cast members in attendance included Krsy Fox, Barbara Crampton, Elizabeth Phoenix Caro, Bonnie Aarons, and Mark Kelly.

Chaz‘s longtime partner Shara Mathes was also at the premiere.

Here’s the movie’s synopsis: “In a desperate attempt to protect her ten-year-old daughter, a young widow allows a nightmarish monster to slowly eat her alive.”

A theatrical release date for Spider One's upcoming horror flick Little Bites has been set. Rlje Films and Shudder have acquired worldwide rights to the film, and Rlje has decided to set a release in theaters for Oct. 4, 2024. The movie will also be available to stream on Shudder at a later date.

We first learned of Little Bites back in June 2023 when it was announced that mother-and-son duo Cher and Chaz Bono would be coming together to executive produce it. Spider One was revealed to be writing the script and would also be directing, with OneFox Productions producing.

Besides being an executive producer, Bono also stars in the horror flick. The plot revolves around a widower and mother who, to protect her daughter from a flesh-eating monster, sacrifices her own body by letting the creature feed off of her. Meanwhile, she keeps her daughter hidden far away at her grandmother’s.

Disney Branded Television announced today the premiere date for the animated musical series Disney Jr.’s Ariel, which was inspired by The Little Mermaid.

The series will debut on Thursday, June 27, on Disney Junior (9:00 a.m. Edt/Pdt) and air on Disney Channel later that day. An initial batch of eight episodes will be available on Disney+ the following day, Friday, June 28.

Additionally, new recurring cast members were announced, including Yvette Nicole Brown, Melissa Villaseñor, and Ron Funches.

To help build excitement for Disney Jr.’s Ariel, it was also announced that a new series of shorts titled Disney Jr.’s Ariel: Mermaid Tales will be featured across Disney+, Disney Channel, and Disney Junior beginning Wednesday, June 5. Disney Junior has revealed the first look at the iconic characters Ursula and King Triton for the upcoming animated series, Ariel.

According to Billboard, Ariel is based on the beloved character from The Little Mermaid. This series will take audiences back to the fantastical Caribbean-inspired underwater kingdom of Atlantica, portraying the mermaid adventures of young Ariel.
