Rob Halford, Alice Cooper, and singer-songwriter Brandon Jenner recently teamed up for the children’s holiday song “My Christmas List,” and a new animated lyric video for the track has been unveiled.

The tune is a joyous rock-and-roll romp with a shared vocal effort from the three singers. Halford sounds amazing on his verses, singing with as much passion and professionalism as he would on a Judas Priest song.

The charming video also sees Alice Cooper in cartoon-form delivering a positive holiday message for all the kids out there listening.

Dana Kamide penned the music for the song, which can be found on the Rock for Children debut album, Solid Rock Revival. We previously reported on another fun song from the album, “Freewheelin,'” featuring Alice alongside his daughter Calico Cooper and Slash.

Alice Cooper, his daughter Calico Cooper, and Guns N’ Roses guitarist Slash have unveiled a lyric video for their song “Freewheelin’,” a track off the recently Grammy-nominated Rock for Children album Solid Rock Revival.

Rock for Children is a music collective featuring Alice, Calico, Sharon Aguilar-Kamide, Dana Kamide, Ms. Meka Nism, Recker Eans, Conrad Varela, John David Williams, and Rubén Salas. The Solid Rock Revival LP, which benefits Alice Cooper’s Solid Rock Teen Centers, is nominated for Best Children’s Music Album at the upcoming 2025 Grammy Awards.

“Freewheelin'” is a song about the joys of bike riding, with lyrics like, “Gotta get on the road/ ‘Cause I’m ready to go/ It’s time to take these training wheels off, yeah!”

Children's & Family Emmys: Mysterious Benedict Society, Sneakerella, Sesame Street, Heartstopper Lead Nominees

The National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences on Tuesday morning announced the nominations for the inaugural Children’s & Family Emmy Awards, which will be presented on Saturday, Dec. 10 (Creative Arts) and Sunday, Dec. 11 at the Wilshire Ebell Theater in Los Angeles.

Disney+’s The Mysterious Benedict Society and the movie Sneakerella lead the pack with 11 nominations each, followed by HBO Max’s Sesame Street (with 10) and Netflix’s Heartstopper and Sweet Tooth (which netted nine apiece).

Peacock & E! Set Details & Premieres For Jimmy Fallon Series ‘The Kids Tonight Show’ & ‘Clash Of The Cover Bands’

Jimmy Fallon-exec produced series The Kids Tonight Show and Clash of the Cover Bands are set to launch this fall.

Peacock has set the hosting line-up – including four talented young kids – for its child-friendly version of a late-night show and sister network E! has unveiled a trailer for its competition series Clash of the Cover Bands, both of which come from The Tonight Show host and his production Electric Hot Dog, which has a big overall deal with Universal Television Alternative Studio.

The Kids Tonight Show, which Deadline revealed earlier this month had set Brian McCann as head writer, will launch on the streamer on Thursday October 14.

Clash of the Cover Bands, which is hosted by Stephen “tWitch” Boss with Meghan Trainor, Adam Lambert and Ester Dean serving as celebrity judges, launches on Wednesday October 13 at 9:30pm.
