Hamid Taheri was born in Tehran, Iran. He has a BA in English literature from Kharazmi university and an MA in film from Tehran university. He has written six TV series, most notably Dar Jostojie Aramesh which gained him and his co-writers a Hafez ,most prestigious TV award of Iran, nomination in TV series screenplay.
