She acted in E.L. Doctorow, Stephen Flaherty and Lynn Ahrens' musical, "Ragtime," at the Marriott Theatre in Chicago, Illinois with Nathaniel Stampley in the cast. Nick Bowling was director. Theresa Ham was costume designer.
Katherine's first play, 'Carla's Puppet', was short-listed in the New Views Competition of 2014. It was performed as a rehearsed reading at The Shed at The National Theatre on 11th July, which happened to be her eighteenth birthday.
