The only one of the remaining Emperor of the Sea in One Piece is Red Haired Shanks. The other three have all been toppled and replaced by younger, more active pirates. Monkey D. Luffy is first called an Emperor for defying Big Mom. He earns the position through toppling Kaido. Blackbeard stole Whitebeard's Devil Fruit and decimated his crew. Hachinosu is a pirate stronghold unlike any other. Buggy the Clown is the Emperor no one expected. However, he's a widly dangerous threat to the World Government. The sheer number of pirates that follow Buggy and the other former Warlords that work with him make Buggy a force to be reckoned with. Nami has been a part of One Piece since the beginning, and she is undenialbly one of the series' most iconic characters. She is the navigator of the Straw Hat Pirates, and she is part of the crew's "weakling trio." Nami may not be a fighter, but she will fight under the right circumstances. She typically deals with low-level enemies, but she has also fought some strong and notable individuals over the course of the series.
Nami has fought several characters who possess some type of Devil Fruit power, and a few of these characters can also use one or more types of Haki. The majority of her opponents have been pirates, but she has also faced Skypieans and individuals who work for organizations like the World Government.
Buggy The Clown Was A Decent Starter Villain Close First Appeared In Episode 4 Voiced By Shigeru Chiba & Subaru Kimura (Jpn)/ Mike McFarland...
