Since the 1950s, Hammer have been the cornerstone of British horror cinema, often dubbed Hammer House of Horror. They produced a steady stream of low budget, but high quality movies, featuring legends like Peter Cushing and Christopher Lee, until the middle of the 1970s, after which they became more quiet, until starting up again in big style again in the 2010s.
