[on seeing your own work] I kind of enjoy experiencing it from the outside looking in as well as the inside looking out. I remember when I was a little kid and my mother would take me to the movies, I used to wonder if I could get inside the movie, maybe by going behind the screen. Seeing myself in the movie makes me feel like I finally figured out how.
