Lauren Maiden

Lauren Maiden is a Meisner-trained actress from Baltimore, Maryland. Her passion for the performing arts began at the age of 12, when she first immersed herself in stage theatre, a pursuit she continued throughout her college years. Lauren earned a degree from Towson University, where she also completed a minor in Theatre Studies and began her on-camera training. Further honing her craft, she studied at the renowned William Esper Studio in New York and continues to refine her skills under the tutelage of Lesly Kahn. In addition to her acting career, Lauren is actively pursuing a career in voice-over work. She made her theatrical debut in Evidence (2019) and her episodic debut in TV One's Fatal Attraction (2023).
