Niamh Moriarty is a young actress from Dublin, Ireland, who is already establishing a name for herself on stage and screen. Since joining the entertainment industry at the age of 11, Niamh has gone on to work alongside acclaimed talents including Jack Thorne, Sharon Horgan, Michael Sheen, Alison Oliver and Fionnula Flanagan, among others. She was named one of Screen International's "Stars of Tomorrow" in 2024.
Niamh's first leading role was playing "Marnie" in BBC's BAFTA-nominated "Best Interests," which aired in June 2023 on BBC One and iPlayer. "Best Interests" is a powerful thought-provoking drama from BAFTA and Emmy-winning writer Jack Thorne (Adolescence, The Virtues, Wonder). Before collaborating on "Best Interests," Niamh first met Thorne while starring as "Tiny Tim" in The Gate Theatre's sold-out run of Thorne's "A Christmas Carol."
