Just a head's up in case anyone is tempted to take the friends and family reviews seriously - this is some kids mucking about with mobile phones or the like. To be fair though the CGI is better than some B movies I've seen on Sky, but it's still just kids mucking about. Can't help with the plot because I turned it off after a couple of skips. The Lost World: Jurassic Park builds on the original with darker tones and heightened suspense. Dinosaurs are stunningly realized, and action scenes deliver edge-of-your-seat thrills. Jeff Goldblum leads with charisma, anchoring a cast caught in a dangerous and unpredictable environment. Though the story feels more chaotic and lacks the emotional resonance of its predecessor, it introduces bold visuals, ethical dilemmas, and new terrains. The pacing is fast, and the film leans into spectacle, with explosive sequences, sharp effects, and layered themes. While it doesn't fully recapture the heart of the first movie, it's a fierce, ambitious sequel that entertains with energy and cinematic style.
Jurassic Park: Operation Rebirth left me feeling pretty indifferent. I didn't love it, but I didn't 100% hate it either-it kind of just... existed.
There were definitely moments of excitement. The atmosphere still manages to capture some of that classic Jurassic Park tension, and I'll admit, there were scenes where I was genuinely intrigued. The concept had potential, and a few of the action sequences were well done.
But overall, the story felt like it didn't know what it wanted to be-was it a reboot, a continuation, or just a flashy dino distraction? The characters were flat, the pacing dragged in odd places, and there were way too many missed opportunities for emotional depth or meaningful callbacks.
Visually, it looked good. The dinosaurs were fun to watch (as always), but when the plot falls apart around them, it's hard to stay invested.
This wasn't the worst thing I've seen, and fans of the franchise might find pieces to enjoy. But as a whole, Operation Rebirth felt like a lukewarm experiment-one that didn't completely fail, but definitely didn't live up to the legacy either.

This movie is a disgrace to all Jurassic Park movies and it shouldn't exist. This movie shouldn't be getting 5.5/10 stars it should get a -5.5/10 the Syfy channel dinosaur movies are better then this movie and the dragon ball z movie is better. Battleship movie is better then this movie and the air bender movie is then this.the person who made this movie shouldn't be making movies and how in the world did this horrible a get higher rating then other movies that were by people who good movies and how did this terrible get on this website. This a fan made movie not a Hollywood. I don't like this movie because its a fan made. I made that mistake in watching it. I suggest not watch it.
This movie is the best movie i've ever seen. Better than Titanic, better than Forrest Gump, better than any movie ever created. You will cry and you will laugh. The cinematography and the graphics are out of this world. Christopher Nolan who? Spielberg who? I've even seen the director of this movie save a lost kitten and walk an elderly woman across the street. 10/10
