Decent story....easy on the eyes.....scenery alone rates it a 10.
After i realized what the film was going for, i turned it off. And after awhile, under-age sex for dads hits too close to the national crisis of under-age sex slaves. Just gross
A nice movie with naked scenes being cut for good measure but still gives you an idea what's going on. Still, the cause of the film has not been tackled as to: Why are tuittion's for college are so expensive? That's the million dollar question here.
The girls were doing it for a cause, but can we admit that some of them really had fun and meaning in all of that? Again, sex sells and this movie, even if it was tackling the oversold subject, still has a good point to it. It was long ago that this kind of movies stopped being filmed and the newer generation don't get that information again. I think this is worth watching at least once.

Well not really, at least not explicitly shown on screen. But yeah there is a lot of suggested and off screen affairs going on. Because this was made for TV (and not HBO TV with all the freedoms), you won't see too much, but then again that's not why the movie does not deliver on all ends and promises.
It's more because the story does not have that much to give. Yeah so the main actress has some money issues, but who doesn't? And then we have the whole affair with ethics and what you are allowed to do and where you cross the line. It doesn't seem to affect people that much, until almost the very end. Very predictable, very tame and very boring overall. Pretty people though

Anyone trashing the movie because of the subject matter and premise should ask themselves why they chose to watch the movie in the first place.
Like "Sugar Babies" and "Sorority Escorts" and all of the dozens of movies of that "genre" it should have been obvious from the title and the start what's going to be in the babysitter's "black book."
So, all this said, as an entry in this genre, I would rate it a tad above average. As with all of these movies, the first third is about how wonderful and carefree and profitable the side hustle has become. In the middle third, complications arise, rumors fly, the girls start feeling coerced and/ or extorted, and there is almost always an unexpected pregnancy. And then in the final third, everything comes crashing down.
I will say that the first third here had all the look and feel (and music) of a soft porn movie - without the porn.
And the last third of the movie "where everyone's life is ruined" was particularly more harsh - socially and legally - than most movies of the genre.
So overall, this was a pretty formulaic predictable movie but I will give it credit for pushing the extremes on both ends.
