There's a maudlin scene where Deauxma visits the bedside of Shyla Jennings, who is suffering from kidney disease. Cherie DeVille gives D the bad prognosis and D pledges she'll donate a kidney, setting up the ending to this series a few volumes later.

It's a bit preposterous how this tragic news regarding Shyla leads to a sex scene for Cherie and Deauxma, merely an excuse for big D to squirt all over Cherie's face and body.

A lighter tone is the arrival at the motel of Tara Morgan, looking fine in men's suit and hat, her butch cross dressing not hiding her beauty. Emma Snow is the desk clerk checking her in and checking her out lustily, but Emma has only a brief uncredited role -no sex for her in this edition.

Mercedes Carrrera is also uncredited playing a supermodel hanging out at the motel. She serves as a sort of matchmaker, fixing up pal Ava Dalush with visiting softball coach Jelena Jensen. Dalush, the British beauty, gets no real characterization, just in the cast for sex.
