The series was made with a low budget. Because of that, all crew did parts as extras in the episodes. The make-up artist, Carmen Fernandes, has as significant role as a nurse who is in 3 of the 5 episodes and it's named after her. Other than that, she also appears as the pregnant woman in episode 5 and the person passing by on a wheelchair in the background, in episode 3.
