A version of the video that played on the British TV show 'Get It Together' (broadcast 15th December 1981) removed the part where Ray's hippie character tries to get high, while footage of the boat race playing on TV was removed and substituted with black and white footage of The Kinks from the 1960s. Ray watching Paul Weller on TV was replaced by footage of him watching the band Showaddywaddy on TV instead.
