Very funny short film about saying one thing and thinking another

I have seen this film in High School in the 70s and thought it was hilarious. At least it was to my teenage mind back then. Have not seen it since, so do not know if it has stood the test of time, but suspect it has. Interesting to find out Robert Picardo, the Doctor from Star Trek Voyager was one of the main characters. Must have been one of his first projects. This film is really an exploration of people's attitudes and bias towards social norms. We hear the characters giving standard replies to situations while a voice is dubbed over with their thoughts. These "thoughts" range from bizarre to profound, and are always funny, because you were probably thinking the same thing too.
