Overserved

Now I don't get to see a lot of films, maybe 100 a year at the most, but I am glad my parents dragged me to this one. The most important element of a movie for me is hot chicks (Imagaine my disappointment with Rob Schneider at this point). This movie has hot chicks. Next is hot camera action.(The Softball Scene). This movie had hot camera action. And Hot Tamales. The film featured no Hot Tamales what so ever. I did however find them at the lobby snack bar which told me that Joe Gatto had thought of everything with his movie. Very seriously, a first time feature made for $12,000.00? Amazing! Fun movie and I expect many more from Gatto. Joe is it true that you are teaming up with the brilliant screenwriter Todd Gorell for the next feature? You, like Tom Cruise, are making All The Right Moves pal!!

I saw Overserved and have to say it was awesome. The theater was packed and

laughing hard throughout the entire film. It has performed very well on the

festival circuit, taking home many Best Picture awards. This movie is hilarious, the writing is crisp, the acting top notch and the look of the film is amazing, it was shot on high definition. The film has a great pace and never backs down, it is at times offensive and at the same time it is gut busting funny. The girls are soooo hot. The fish hooks scene is as memorable as I've seen in a film, indie or

otherwise, in a long time. I have to say if you don't like this film you must have NO sense of humor. Great stuff. The soundtrack is also out of this world. I love this film even if I am the director.

How much have you made so far this year? What have you done with it? If you've made $11,000 you could have made a killer movie...or could you? Overserved has overcome all obstacles in its way so far. The cutting edge hi def looks gorgeous in the hands of Tony Flanagan. At the latest showing in Woods Hole, Overserved drew fanatical responses from the crowd. I've seen it a trillion times, and I still love its upbeat attitude and down to earth dialogue. It's funny, damn it; if you don't get it, watch it again! It gets better every time. And if you've ever been a waiter, substitute this...this round's on the House of Booze. You'll be back for another sarsparilla.
