Such a very timely and relevant series. Superb scripting and acting. Well done!

Arjo Atayde as Benjo did great, he was able to execute his role perfectly however, everytime Arjo gives a good performance, a flop acting will happen from the supporting roles. Its either acting is too much or not enough hence affecting the whole execution of the series.

The plot could've been as great as OTJ but actors weren't able to give justice to it.

Started watching this the other day thinking it was just your normal cliche action series; full of guns and random characters popping out of nowhere, turns out it was the complete opposite of your generic action film. This tackles a lot of social issues too and i mean SOCIAL ISSUES, not just the media reports we already know (iykyk), this series is really an eye opener. I could go on and on as to how good this show is written and casted. Now the editing and production, i would say it's almost "there". It poses a lot of camera works and different angles but the audio, aside from Benjo's vo's (it was perfect) there were scenes where the dialogues would get to its maximum and the opposite in a span of seconds. Still, this series is a "Worth Watching" one. :) kudos to the team.

Bagman is currently a 2-season TV series on Netflix bannered by Arjo Atayde as Benjo Malaya and is told from his point of view. "Bagman" attempts at social commentary tackling controversial issues in Philippine politics. It feels like close cousin to "On the Job", also a political thriller running on HBO, where characters live and die in a universe of maneuverings, violence and corruption.

Arjo Atayde is a natural in his role as barber turned "tirador", a fixer/henchman for the powers-that-be until a sudden twist of fate puts him into a position of power.

As a TV series, Bagman works on its own terms, with production values that seem to fit a given budget and supporting actors whose perfornaces can seem uneven with notable exceptions including that of Allan Paule as Cito,. This isn't your typical Pinoy goons and guns though and has a well-paced, driving plot line. Worth watching.

I really enjoyed this film. Good Acting, Great performance and Technically Professional Cinematography!
