The gameplay, mechanics, and storyline are all good but the cops are just way too overpowered. I try just 1 race and then guess what, 3 cops chase me for 15 minutes then more cops appeared and so on until Heat Level 5. And at Heat Level 5 I highly doubt there are any chances for the player to escape and even if they do, the cops are just going to camp in nearby safehouses. Making it unable for the player to end rhe night. The cars are great and there is a big range of them, and there are a lot of upgrades and customizations you can do. Gameplay 9/10. Mechanics 8/10. Storyline 7/10. Enemies(Cops) 2/10. Overall 6.5/10. Im going to put it as a 7/10 to be nice.
This is a very fun game, there are many things that could be better though. Such as more realistic engine sounds for example, the Lamborghini Aventador Svj, a car known for it's screaming v12 engine, in the game it sounds nothing like it. Or the AI cars that will randomly turn into you or stop in the middle of the road. All flaws aside though, playing this game is a really fun experience and the car customization is immaculate. I would recommend but keep in mind that you must have xBox Live Gold Or Ps+ to play online on consoles.
The story is great, I wish it was a bit longer and did not feel as rushed however it's still a fun game play and it's a nice touch to add the Bmw M3 Gtr as a reward for completing the campaign.

I have played almost every single Need for speed game there has been. From the highs of being a teenager and going to my friends house to smash Underground 1 and 2, to sitting back and enjoying the brilliance that was the OG Most wanted, to a few average games like rivals or the need for speed remake. Need for speed heat is for me one of laziest, dullest most depressing need for speed games I've ever played. It starts.... and that's it, you pick a car and you race, no story, no reason to race, just there you go... go race some sloppy, dull tracks and get cash to buy a few menial upgrades to make your car look shiny and drive abit faster. That's fine for 5-10 hours of gameplay but when it's one copy paste track after another the appeal of the game wears off pretty fast. Now I haven't read any other reviews for this game but I'm sure some of them will say the day/night cycle is a "revolution" or it's a breath of fresh air. It's not. Daytime you get cash, night you get rep. Hardly an era defining invention. Daytime is fine, very boring, like a much worse, poorer quality version of Forza but acceptable. Night on the other hand is a hot stinking used diaper wrapped up in a dead fish. It's sucks. Now the cops start out fine, the thrill of avoiding cops and getting your races in is better than day, but all of sudden without blinking an eye I go from trying to do just 2, 2!!! Races and I have level 5 cops in corvettes ramming me and a rhino police van smashing into me head on. I had zero chance of escape, none. I had the starter Nissan 240 car, Albeit modded a fair amount for my low level. Ok I thought that's fine I got busted, my bad, my fault, maybe I need to drive better in future (Despite the fact I can beat razor in most wanted with one hand) but sure it's on me. Then... wait a second, where's all my money ?, Gone!!!. Sank down the drain like this game. They don't just take the money you earned for that day night cycle, they take it ALL. So I would have to go and complete all those awful stupid little circuits and sprints again just to earn my money back. Around 8 hours completely thrown out of the window because I can't escape what seemed to me like a Bugatti cheron police assault with my starter car. To me that is zero fun whatsoever. It's the equivalent of trying to play through red dead 2 and its 80+ hour campaign and if you die just once you have to start from the very beginning. I want to be punished for getting busted, but not to the point where I would be better off deleting my game save. Poor excuse for a game, bang average customisation, poor gameplay and no story whatsoever. 3/10.
Finally they have made a game that is it okay to play I Believe that Need For Speed Most Wanted 2005 is better for storyline but gameplay yes it takes it away.
The Good:
NFS Heat is a really solid game. It has an engaging plot and characters who actually have development and somewhat interesting. Races are fun and can be quite challenging. Night races however are extremely difficult. If your a new player and your trying to get some good rep from night, do not go past Heat level 2 because it's the equivalent of You being Nikita Mazepin whilst the Cops are all F1's greatest ever drivers. Once you get a decent car with decent parts you can get to higher heat levels and risk it all. The customisation in this game is really good. The majority of cars have multiple body kit options which you can mix and match.
The Bad: The voice acting is terrible. The Player and Lucas have some good dialogue and aren't too bad whilst Ana is the most annoying character ever. She is straight up annoying. Lucas and Ana will call you at random points and they just end up arguing over the most dumb thing imaginable before you hang up. The Porsche RSR is the most OP car in the game and nothing comes close. You could be racing it against a Lamborghini and it would demolish it. Also the car list is very small compared to the likes of Forza or Gran Turismo. However there is a lot of variety.
Overall it is a solid game but with a few flaws.

- Erros de gravaçãoHow did Lucas know which police car the player and Ana were in? The time between Lucas freeing himself, leaving the garage, and spotting the police car with said characters in there without prior knowledge of where the police car is actually heading is unrealistically short.
Realistically, the police car would've been far out of the city by the time Lucas left the garage.
