Jim Brewer who performed the role of Jim-Stock Detective - Cattleman's Association had his first role in "The Alamo" with John Wayne, released in 1960. La Grange Texas is the home town of legendary rockers "ZZ Top". Filming locations also included the Warda Store, in the town of Warda, Texas.
