everything felt off the mark

This one felt weird. every character just didn't act like themselves. it didn't have that same integrity the previous episodes have always had and i personally didn't find it very entertaining. here's many examples of weirdness:

angela licked cats and had a weirdly peppy attitude
pam was almost michael scott-like in this episode and lost her 'voice of reason' personality (some questionable decisions regarding michael's thing for holly)
jim was grumpy the whole time and wasn't cracking any jokes
dwight was like dwight on steroids (and slapped kelly's behind at one point for no reason and with no reprecussions)
michael did some somewhat uncharacteristically shady stuff regarding holly's personal privacy
no one chastised angela for selling andy's ring

When Michael asks A.J. what his name is and A.J. responds, Michael then asks "What kind of name is A.J.? What, do you race cars?" There have been three professional NASCAR drivers named A.J. (A.J. Foyt, A.J. Fike, and A.J. Allmendinger).

Erros de gravação
When Michael and Pam arrive in Nashua, it's winter and there is accumulated snow visible. When they talk outside the building after meeting AJ, apparently on the same day, the seasons have changed. There are green leaves and no snow in the background.
