I watch just every cake competition I can find. This is not a real competition. It's a mockery. The concept to make a life size person out of cake is a great idea and I was excited to watch the show. Natalie Sideserf gives some good advice and insight so I like her on the show. The other two are failing miserably at trying to be funny. Do they know anything about cake?

I really like the idea of this show, but am disappointed that it isn't a real cake competition. I am hoping they will change it up and make it a serious competition show.

We watch kid baking shows, Buddy vs Duff, holiday baking shows and more. This one we could only watch for about 10 minutes. The premise of making cakes that look like people is OK, but somewhat limiting. But the really, really unwatchable part is the judges. They make snarky comments about the bakers, are not funny or interesting...basically so annoying that it's impossible to ignore. Sorry, but we're done.

I think everyone who wrote reviews previously is missing the whole concept of this show. It is not meant to be as serious as some of the other shows, it is supposed to be funny and over the top. The bakers are laughing right along with the judges and everyone seems to be having fun. They know 14 hours isnt enough time to show what they can really do. Lighten up people, it's a TV show, entertainment is kind of the whole point. Oh, and Natalie Sideserf is the "judge who seems to know about cake." Internationally acclaimed and her cakes start at $500, she is kind of huge in the cake world. Funny how you all say you are serious about baking but dont know who she is...

I'm watching this now. The hosts are so unprofessional for a Food Network show. If Tregaye and the other two are the best the producers could find, yikes! This seems more like The View, with all of the off-color remarks.

One judge does seem to know what she is talking about. The other 2 make this unwatchable. Instead if getting some insight to how to do life size cakes we are drowned in senseless talk from 2 of the 3 host.
