Last night I sat down to watch this and an hour and a half later I came away thinking this movie could have been so much better.
It starts off with an exorcism, which made my partner and I laugh out loud, that is not something you want in a horror film.
Then we go to a woman wanting to go into a haunted school and place cameras there, in one part the door slams closed, she walks back I tot what room and even though there is a window open with the blinds blowing, she doesn't think it's that that had made the door slam shut.
She disappears, this is where I guessed the so called twist.
Then we go back to the original cast who talk crap for what seemed forever and the movie went back to being boring.
This misfit group then go into the school and find the cameras, without even looking for the second one, they find it.
Then the janitor turns up, this is the so called twist I saw ages ago in the movie.
I am not going to put anything down here that gives the plot away.
They get trapped in a what I shall call, a small unfinished space, they are trapped.
Even though there is a ladder to the side that goes up to a tunnel that now one sees, hang on, I thought these were experts in their field.
This script is as so full of holes, you could have driven a bus through.
Little minor details ruined what could have been a really good movie.
Yeah f those potholes and been filled, this could have been as good as Grave Encounters and He'll House LLC, but alas because they didn't make the script tight and the movie more tense. This movie will end up in the FF bin for poor films.
It's a shame.

Thanks to the utter brilliance of writer/director and possible heir apparent to Steven Speilberg Tommy Wiseau, I can never see actor Greg Sestero as any character other than Mark, and I subconsciously say "oh hi Mark" when he pops up. Infrared, which Sestero also produced, really could use some Wiseau magic. As found footage "ghost hunters in an abandoned location" films go, this one is no better or worse than most. That isn't saying much. The cast is capable and tries but you can only do so much with what they've been given to work with here. It tries to literally check all the found footage cliche boxes and mostly does. It's watchable but far from memorable.
I couldn't make it through more than six minutes at a sitting. I ended up refilling my empty spice and seasoning containers and rearranging my spice rack. Ya, that was more interesting than this film.
Can't even call it a slow burn, more of a tepid leftover omelette. This film was like, a handful of folks binged watched Grave Encounters (pretty good films those two are) and Hell House LLC and every other iteration in that sub-genre and decided to toss their hat in the ring.
IMO it's a failure. Can't recommend it for any reason.. I've spent more time writing this review than I have watching the film in one sitting.

This movies made on an Iphone 6 should be banned by law. How give money to people for this garbage movies? Why make this? Who makes this? Get a job at Mecdonalds to supress the urge to make this filth!
I've watched many found footage movies over the years. Most are pretty bad, because you have to wait usually for the last 10 minutes for something to happen. But when you wait 90 minutes and nothing happens, thats a disappointment. Boring, boring, boring. Characters are dull. Script is non existent, and there is no tense build-up at all. Why do i need 600 characters to leave a review? Come on IMDB, thats ridiculous, its a movie made on a budget lower that a Dennys breakfast special for seniors. And I'm now rambling on to get to my magic number so i can leave this review to warn you to not waste your time. Im gonna hit that submit button again. Gimme a sec.....

- CuriosidadesGreg Sestero, in the movie as "Geoff" and whose production company helped fund the movie, is more widely known for the cult classic "The Room" with Tommy Wiseau.
- Erros de gravaçãoGeoff the owner of the school started as they are looking that an air conditioner, that it randomly turns on. Not only does he say this outlet has no power, but that the whole school has no power, and yet at the 43 minute mark and throughout the whole movie lit up exit signs are seen.
