Severely underrated movie! I didn't speak Italian, but I used to love watching this as a child, as I had it on DVD, from some relatives living in Italy.
The plot, the characters and their cute voices, the songs, the dialogue (I learned Italian in the meantime) - all feels so lovely about this movie. Had it not been for that DVD, I would have never known about it, it should have been more promoted, even if that meant dubbing it in other languages, or at least with subtitles, it would have ben worth it.
It's one of those cartoons that you watch once and it remains printed in your mind as a child, and you want to watch it over and over again.
