I Watched this movie with great expectations ,considering the actor names like Sharmila Tagore, Radhika Apte and Amol Palekar. Nothing new in the story for those, who have seen the bollywood films over the years. In fact, I found it as a patchwork of so many good hindi movies. Many scenes reminded me of Sujata (a song copying the voice and style of the legendary SachinDa), Anupama, Aandhi and Rajanigandha.(In this movie, it was Bakuli flowers) The story revolves round lost love , making two partners making unhappy throughout their life. In the acting department, Sharmila has acted very well as she is a talented artist. Radhika Apte has also done well. Amol Palekar has not contributed much. Serious acting doesn't come naturally to him. Other characters are just ok. Kishor Kadam's talent is wasted here. Overall, it is worth watching once, but doesn't have a powerful impact on your mind.

Honestly I watched this movie for Amol palekar I was expecting some thing different but it came out be just an average good Marathi movie. Practically some time even if one tries to ignore considering that it's just a movie it can't be real life but still such movies make you think is it possible or can any one with common sense can do it. A good educated intelligent couple can be so immature to waste beautiful life for no reason. The girl is pregnant , the guys because of some unavoidable urgent reason has to leave he could have easily given her his address, contact number they also had good supporting friends in the hostel , surprisingly no one has his contact details. The girl waits for him in hostel but leaves latter and shifts to Calcutta. The guy returns and don't find her in the hostel that's it after that they both spend their entire life feeling sad unhappy wasting it. On top of this this guy becomes a successful rich business man and does not attempt to find his girl who is in Calcutta not honu Lulu . They meet coincidentally after ages both are old unhappy sad the guy feeling guilty all his life but never uses his money or contact to find out the girl neither the girl all her life tries to locate the boy. After spoiling their life in the end they meet and are happy . So what was this ? Sorry but dissapointing.
