Sang Pencerah

This film tells the story of upheaval generally young and old. About the time this film was at 1867 to 1912. Conflict between the old and the young people not only found in Indonesia (as in the movie) but it also occurs in the vicinity of the island to the Malay archipelago. This conflict is deepening, and affect the development of Islam.

Cinematography is pretty good actually. Plots were prepared neatly. The main actors of Lokman Sardi play important role in this film. He plays well and feels the character very well. As well as main character , I can see the director managed to find quite good extras. Good chemistry between main character and extras. I must say this is one of best film from Indonesia I've ever watched. Good scripts and screenplays.

I recommend to anyone who still do not understand the conflict of contention between the people of Young People and Old People , this movie is a right movie to watch.You will understand better.
