Delivery Boy

The movie won in the first half while portraying the plight of delivery boys and the middle class life, then it was a gear shift to top when it altered its path to a courtroom drama, Ashwin Thripathy won the game when he had all the elements in right places, and with Deepak Jena's dialogues the movie just hit the ball out of the park, the DOP and performancs were so good, production design was real 'awe', perfect .

Looks like Odia industry is marking themselves in Indian cinema like what south does with their movies, Then Daman, Later Pratikshya and Now Delivery Boy, movies which bought me to theatres, movies which anyone can connect their life with, great movie, Loved it .

In recent time, there are lots of good movies are coming to theaters and here is one of those. Delivery Boy is a story of a middle class boy (played by Shailendra Samantray) who works as a delivery boy and fall in love with a girl, who belongs to a standard family. The story revolves around this love story and the false allegations made against the lead character. The courtroom drama is a good part of the movie, that brings more interest to the whole story. The songs are made really good. Overall, this movie is a one time watch and would definitely fill you weekend with some good love story. Some part of the movie might feel you annoying, but still it's avoidable.

No doubt it's one of the best Odia movie of 2023. The Story is based on a true story of a delivery boy in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. It is a truely deserving movie for sure. Very nice directed by "Aswin Tripathy" & the songs were also very nice by Baidyanath Dash . The acting of Sailendra Samantaray, Priyambada Swain, Budhhaditya Mohanty, Suryamayee Mohapatra, Santu Biswal were very nice . And what I can say about legendary actor "Choudhury Bikash Das" Sir acting , fantastic. I will definitely recommend this the audience to watch it in theatres. Even if it's the first film directed by Ashwin Tripathy he has given his full efforts in this film and I hope we can get some more original & well made films from him in the coming years.
