It is the biggest waste of time that was on tv. The acting is awful and the editing would give anyone a headache. There was so many good things to focus on and that is what they chose to focus on? I hope someone got fired for that decision because it wasn't a good choice and the people sitting at desks should know better.

One of the most glaring issues with the Warnie TV miniseries is its superficial and disjointed narrative. Rather than delving into the depths of Shane Warne's fascinating life, the series chooses to skim over key moments and fails to provide any meaningful exploration of the subject matter. The disjointed storytelling further detracts from the narrative.

Despite Shane Warne being a complex and controversial figure, the show offers nothing more than shallow portrayals and surface-level stereotypes. The actors fail to embody their characters convincingly, resulting in performances that are devoid of passion and conviction. Whether it is the lack of chemistry between the actors or their inability to capture the nuances of their respective roles, the overall impact is a disheartening portrayal of a potentially captivating story.

This is literally a cash-grab of the highest order and needs to be avoided like the plague.

Certainly quite watchable. All the diehard Warnie fans are upset but for those not obsessed with him it's a good insight to a flawed hero. It is also a great depiction of the times and the difficult lives that cricketers have to endure. Most of the storyline is public knowledge so i don't really see the problem. Acting is average but typical for an Australian TV mini-series. The soundtrack is also great from the era with all Aussie songs. Yes perhaps they could have waited a year or 2 but another network would have made it if Nine waited any longer. Don't listen to all the Warnie fans and give it a go.

Shane couldn't even rest before channel 9 put this out. And it was one of the worst shows i've watched in a long time because there was nothing but fluff and it was just offensive to those who sat through it. If you had to watch this again? Don't because it is that bad, none of the cast gel and the guy playing shane doesn't even look like shane, his wig and his script were poor.

This belongs in the bin it is such an awful and rushed mini series and it truly shows. There was so much more to Warnie in his life then his scandals, his cricket career should've been forefront in this drama and his life after cricket would've been better to see.

I feel sorry for the family who had to also watch this, they deserved better in my opinion.

It was way too soon and hard to enjoy knowing that we lost Warnie just months earlier, this was a misstep from channel 9 and I could not enjoy it. I got halfway through the first episode and turned off. I loved most of those actors but after that I lost all respect.

Skip it you didn't miss much.
