Personally, i really enjoyed this movie though there is one or two things that could have been better or done better its almost perfect. Just gotta say love the romance and chemistry between ortega and hynes white's character Remi and barnes and also the high school setting adds on to the feeling of first- young, naive love which is an aspect that made this particular movie more memorable and enjoyable. I gotta add on that the first day this movie premiered i went to go see it with friends there wasn't a huge amount of people in the cinema room that i was watching it in but it was really just a beautiful fascinating experience and as a matter of fact i would totally recommend this movie to be watched.
"Winter, Spring, Summer or Fall" is a simple yet emotional film that blends a classic young love story with seasonal transitions. Jenna Ortega adds depth to the story with her sincere and heartfelt acting, while her natural rapport with Percy Hynes White makes the film gripping. It is successful in terms of visuals and atmosphere; each season symbolizes an emotional phase and this metaphor is used well. However, the script is too attached to the genre's patterns and does not offer any big surprises. Still, it is worth watching for those looking for a warm, emotional journey. We can say that it is a production that gives the viewer peace but does not leave deep impressions. To be honest, I watched it only for Jenna. (Sorry Percy)
I have traditionally low expectations for contemporary romantic movies. Most of them are stuffy, pretentious, full of writer's/director's attempts to fit agenda and to make something likeable to everyone. And yep, we went to watch this exactly with these expectations, prepared to another one 2 stars romcom. And how surprised I was when it turned out to be very cute, touching and nostalgic.
It shows in a naturalistic way how teenagers make their first adult decisions, how cute and funny it all looks, and then remains in the memory for a lifetime.
And hmmmmm very strange, but it probably was the best role of Jenna Ortega I've seen. She rarely looks good as angry, self-centered or disappointed teenager, but is absolutely amazing as happy young girl being in love. Percy Hynes White is also a near-perfect casting choice.
So what do we have in the end:
Was very surprised and happy to watch it in Warsaw on holidays. It reminded me of my own story about the meeting on the train and all the emotions that came after. Tiffany Paulsen, thank you for this fun time.

So what do we have in the end:
- insane chemistry;
- very very good lighting, color, cinematography and music;
- simple, but such a nostalgic story;
- there are some questions to the script, pacing, real life representation and editing;
- but the first two points absolutely compensate it all.

Director Tiffany Paulsen delivers a new romantic drama that remains simple and straightforward thanks to the extraordinary chemistry of its lead couple. Jenna Ortega and Percy Hynes White share the screen again, reinvigorating the chemistry evident in Wednesday.
The film takes us on a teenage story that has its positive moments as we become more interested in the relationship between the main couple. The director's approach to her script is quite enjoyable and easy to digest, allowing us to always feel a sense of affection for the two protagonists. This makes it easy to follow this love relationship, even though it's riddled with genre clichés. However, the chemistry between the two leads allows us to enjoy the whole process in a simple and enjoyable way.
Ortega and White's adorable twists keep you wanting more of Remi and Barnes' love story as the seasons change. They're a key part of our enjoyment of this Gen Z love story, with all the aspects that make them enjoy a good love story. Even though this may seem like a cocktail of clichés to some, if used properly, as in this film, they certainly become more of a delight than a crime.
While making it clear that it's a decent film and won't excel beyond that, it's fulfilling and entertaining. It boasts beautiful photography, intense moments, and a romanticism laden with sentimentality, yet truly enjoyable. Added to this is the efficient direction by its director, who perfectly captures those romantic moments between characters so that everything flows and becomes a love relationship between the viewer and the characters in a direct and precise manner.

This four seasons rom-com addresses love aggravated by expectations, self-expectations and the belief that you should do as you planned or everything is doomed (I personally think quite the opposite, that life is a forever changing substance and trying to restrict it to preset steps is a total waste of opportunities). Characters start with firm beliefs that are rather different but their relationship and influence they have on each other could change their perspectives and life choices.
The thing I really loved about this movie is the way Jenna Ortega and Percy Hynes White managed to portray the bloom of love and the growth of it adding to the predictable plot delicious nonverbal details - subtle face expressions, glances, all these i-will-sit-closer-to-you and turn-my-body-to-you signals. The movie tells the story of attraction that you can feel and no amount of low budget flaws can distract from the emotional effect of it. You will ache for them and you will root for them for their paths to be aligned in the end.

- Erros de gravaçãoThe artist Evangeline seems to play right handed but in one scene she starts out right handed but then the next cut she's playing left-handed on the same guitar. She would have had to restring her guitar.
