Right from the start ...it catches your attention .....and keeps it thru out the movie ....the writing.....the acting....the direction... Etc...etc...etc...Top Notch...love the scenes with the main actress . Very sexy and believable......The ending which I wont disclose is amazing and will leave you hanging on to every word..The sound fits the mood!!! This movie needs to be seen ....Cant wait for a sequel....or prequel.. Stop reading this review and go watch it. You will not be disappointed!!!! Did I mentioned that I loved it??? Lol .. U did!!! You could really tell the Director of this film really wanted to weave a suspenseful web for you. This film was gritty, tense, suspenseful, and thoroughly enjoyable. The production design was top notch as well. You could tell the story was getting suspenseful, not just by action in front of you, but by the way the colors changed from a happy bubblegum science to terrorizing by the end. Honestly, this isn't the kind of movie I'd normally go see with no car chases or explosions, but I'm super glad I did. In fact I've seen it now more than I know a couple of times. I can see why this production has won so many awards and I can't wait until Chantal's next film to see what she brings us.

The story follows a cam girl in Hollywood whose dreams take a dark turn because of an obsessive fan.

What really stood out to me was the look and feel of the movie. The production design was super strong, creating this really interesting and sometimes unsettling atmosphere. You can tell a lot of thought went into the visuals, and it really helps tell the story.

The lead actress, Riley Ann, is fantastic. She really carries the movie and makes you feel for her character as things get increasingly intense. It's definitely a thriller that keeps you on edge, and it explores some interesting themes about the pressures of the online world and chasing dreams in Hollywood.

It's the kind of movie that sticks with you after you've watched it. Such a well-crafted and engaging film. Definitely check it out if you're looking for something suspenseful and a bit different!"

Really enjoyed this piece from start to finish; the candy-pink color palette sets the mood both for the LA Seductive Pop tone the movie starts in and the surreal, otherworldly space of terror Riley-Ann finds herself trapped in by the middle of the film. You really feel her desperation as her world starts closing in and the danger to her career and personal safety grows. She's a woman who has to exist in multiple worlds, a grim reality of the entertainment industry, or risk losing her means of sustainability, and the actress encapsulates this perfectly as she tone-shifts between on- and off-camera personas. I felt chills as her stalker gets closer and closer while staying just outside of her and the viewer's perception. Thirst Trap stands as a dark reminder of the dangers women face in a world that objectifies them and makes their existence a commodity.

Well-written and directed. I love the narration by the main character and her inner monologue, which was witty and enjoyable, especially when she faced the camera as an aside , to make her point.

I was very locked in after a few minutes and some of the things visually that jumped out at me was the all pink coloring and the whole home based in pink. I immediately believed that in real life , this is an extension of the creator and her personal touch she adds to the movie.

It also shows the scary side of any sex -driven business and the risk a woman takes, no matter how she disguises herself in public.

Men just see her as an object, a commodity. A piece of meat

I had no idea what I was getting into, with no idea what the movie was about, and I was kept in suspense and some laughs.

I wanted to write an honest review after watching the movie objectively.
