Jack A Caixa Maldita 3

The jack in The box series starts off slow but has very gripping intense scenes throughout the films the first jack in the box film came out in 2019 the second came out in 2022 and finally the third came out 2024. This film is a bit cheesy sure but it's also so good in plot that you don't even worry about how bad it is in the cheesiness standard. So don't hate on this movie if you never seen the other ones after all I'm getting a bit tired to keep going on myself but Stephen king quoted "master of spine tingling suspense" and the film started out in a festival atmosphere where people gathered to see the original.

I've seen all of them, and it was definitely gory, if that's your thing. But despite having an OK, storyline, what irritated me was that the way it ended was horrible. It was a good twist, don't get me wrong, but the way it ended really kind of left me limp. But interesting to watch, if nothing else. It will leave you guessing. The special effects were OK but at the same given time, they could've been better. I'll admit it was an Indy film, and that's cool because I like indie films but this one just was missing, I don't know a certain Je ne sais quoi, if you will. But you should check it out for yourself.

This is definitely the weakest of the franchise. Yes, none are going to win any awards, but are worth the watch with some decent kill scenes and this is where this installment fails as it doesn't really show much of it, which is disappointing. The story itself is not the best and I just didn't connect with the main characters, and we're supposed to believe some grammar school is in this decrepit building and some how these girls are able to battle off the demon. I don't think so, but still worth the watch to compete the trilogy. Apparently there is a fourth installment on the horizon and I'll end up watching that too.

I do not how the big theaters allow to release of this kind of movie, totally a waste of time. Effects are a cr4p. The music, the effects, the procuction, dialogues everithng is really bad. The narrative of the movie makes not sense, even the translation to spanish language is terrible, out of synchronization the audio. Jesus, I never had felt frustrated wasting my time and money by watching a Terror movie like this one. The banner promises tooo much about what you are going to watch. Sincerely it was added to my black list, I don't even understand how this is a new chapter from previous movies, I do not really want to see the other ones.

The lead character Raven, needs to go back to acting school. She is absolutely terrible. The other actresses and actors are adequate. The story was farfetched even beyond the demonic entity of Jack. While the production values are higher than the average horror, the acting and dialogue really bring it down. The movie is watchable, but barely, and I have seen a lot of trash in the horror genre. The movie could have been done better with way less budget and just have better actors and writers. Even if they just replaced the Raven character with a better actress and had someone who could actually write dialogue, thr movie would be improved tenfold.
