No spoilers ahead of a user, who has read the books multiple times.
An amazing adaptation and Rafe indeed succeeded with one of the most important early plot points in the development of Car'a'carn.
The adaptation stayed mostly true to the books, even word by word at some points.
It was engaging, breathtaking and exactly what I would like to see as a book fan.
Truly for me, one of the best pieces of TV I have seen recently and this episode specifically, even tho the overall tone of the season is amazing, raised the bar of the show.
Josha was amazing. Truly my Rand al'Thor!
I hope the show gets renewed. The cast and crew deserve it.

As one of many people who grew up reading this series to the point where it has become a part of their life, watching this episode was a deeply surreal experience.
Seeing on screen something that I have imagined in my head for more than two decades, brought to life in a way so true to what I had always pictured, only cements in my mind how passionate the team behind this ambitious project must be.
Despite the controversial changes to the story that the showrunners have made, a necessity either from the reality of adaptation or the unforseen challenges of casting and filming, this episode demonstrates the true potential strength of this series: an incredible story being told by creators who are as passionate about it as the most die-hard fans.
For me, personally, this episode was a 20/10, but if I strain as hard as I can to try and be objective, I still cannot rate it lower than a 9 even with its flaws.
Thank you, Rafe and the team. Thank you.

Each step forward has certainly not been a step backwards for WoT S3, where it has certainly felt that way in the past. This is now 4 eps in a row of near perfection and Ep4 might just the most WoT ep till date. Josh's steps up to the plate and delivers impeccable range. Rosamund is has brilliant as ever. The pacing is strong and this is an area that the show has struggled with in the past.
Finally, the story is delivered so well and it's one of the most important moments in the books for me. It sets up so much particularly for Rand and Moiraine relationship (if they go in a similar fashion to the books). Nonetheless I think the writers have cleverly set up a deviation from the book that will actually go down well. So well done Rafe and co, credit where it is due.

I think this beats any other episode in the series I can't even rate it a 10 it needs to be rated a 1000 LIKE WOW WOW WOW!! Josha's acting was the best thing about it i felt like I was inside the episode from how he expressed his emotions, it made me cry it was so so so good!! The show really needed to focus on rand and in my opinion this is the best way to do it. Rand can now finally shine and actually earn the amazing moments he deserves and step into the leader role. Rand and moiraine's relationship is so important for me and I think after this it changed forever! He literally waited for her and carried her out while he was so weak himself and aaa this is a new beginning for them I think.
I am a book fan, a huge huge book fan.
This episode made me cry at multiple times seeing the scenes from my favourite book come to live so vividly.
This isnt just the best wheel of time episode i have ever seen, this is the best episode of fantasy tv that i have ever seen
If you were put off by the weaker early seasons, do yourself a favour and pick this show up - especially if a book fan.
The episode itself focuses mostly on Rand, as is appropriate for the parts of the book being covered.
I dont want to put spoilers in, but this episode puts down a huge amount of book lore, explaining the motivations of the Aiel and how the world came to be as it is today.
Amazing episode.

- CuriosidadesThe phrase "All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of thing shall be well" is a phrase used by English anchoress Julian of Norwich. She lived in Norfolk, England during the Middle Ages. Julian had many visions, and in at least one of them, Jesus Christ spoke these words to her.
- Erros de gravaçãoAt minute three, Rand takes a break from sparring, and sits under a tree. But before and after the break, the shadow points 90 degrees away. Obviously the break was filmed hours later or sooner than the sparring.
