Clasat

I watched this movie out of pure curiosty, after I've been told what this movie is about. I can confidently state I've been wasting one and a half hour of my life!

Beyond the poor acting, the script is anything but captivating and, above all, it contains traces of religious indoctrination.

They seem to avoid some company names (they could even have invented some, the same as they did with the main company discussed in the movie), while others are obsessively repeated, including the name of a particular baptist church.

I am not sure if there was even a technical consultant while making this movie; if there was one, I don't feel they have ever entered in a datacenter such as the one in the movie.

All of the discussions between the main character and those being questioned are very familiar and without any polite pronouns (which in Romanian make a difference, compared to English where there is no such pronoun), an excessive familiarity for the relationship between those characters.

The epilogue is weakly outlined and it is more focused on the spirituality and that side of the subject, than the actual causes which led to the events.

Although the movie positions itself clearly against AI usage, at the end artificial intelligence generated voice was used to present, in a subjective manner, a specific set of news whose main purpose is to clarify what the movie couldn't do in 90 minutes.

This is clearly a must-miss as it lacks substance, a good script and plenty of acting skills.
