This flim is generic, and fails to teach or even be entertaining. The box office proves the point straight up, 600,000 vs 10 million budget. That is historically low, and completely bombed. To be honest, I'm so glad no marketing happened for this movie, because it's would have been more of a bomb. Child exploitation definitely is here too since Ryan isn't enjoying this at all. For the love of God, please let this kid retire and enjoy his life! These parents are so harmful in the head that once he turns 18, he's gonna be screwed and probably be lonely into his 20s. Anyways, this film is cheap and no effort was put in. Goodbye.
I found this somewhere online, and just let me say, this movie sucks, the plot is essentially Ryan getting stuck in a comic book and has to save it, or something like that, just basic isekai stuff. The plot is bare and the dialogue is bad to meh at best, I guess it's ok for little kids but it's still a major flop, it literally costed $10 million, and got less then 1 million dollars in the box office, meaning it was a 9 MILLION DOLLAR loss. I also wanna mention that Ryan was 12 at the production of this, and now he's 13 yet still making videos for kids, and people think that his parents are just forcing him at this point, so just let me say this.
Let bro retire!!!

Bad movie don't get me wrong, extremely underwhelming. However his parents need to stop selfishly making him create these videos, they should let his sisters takeover before they grow out out it too.
Constant exposure can also impact kids' emotional development, making them reliant on external validation and, at times, subjecting them to unwanted public attention or bullying. Ultimately, using a child's life and personality as a product risks their privacy and well-being for the sake of profit. Children lack the ability to fully understand or consent to being on public platforms, around when this channel first started I used to watch it with my siblings when babysitting around when i was 12 myself and I have noticed a significant change in him as I watch the channel again after years. Even my young nieces and nephew agree that he doesn't seem to really enjoy this, a 5 year old can tell.
He is too old for this let him enjoy his teenage years because if my parents made me do this they are not hearing from me after 18. The internet is a cruel place for children.

At least Barney shows had a plot with a climax and an ending....this is just product placement cash grab visual fodder. If I had to pick one thing I like about the entire Ryan franchise it's the dad. He's at least funny in a way that he is naturally. He clearly doesn't try to do what he knows he can not. The mom is the antagonist in this tragedy of a movie. She is clearly the one responsible for this trash heap. I just feel bad for the children. Ryan is way passed the point of his peak popularity. And he is just too awkward to be likable at this point. When he was younger it was cute. Now it's just pathetic. When those three kids are older, yes, they will be financially secure (hopefully) but I just hope they don't act like Corey Feldog and make a career out of pan handling and dangling their former stardom out there like a worm on a hook soaking in a glass of water.
Ahhhhh, Ryan's World, the YouTube Kids franchise milked out by Ryan's parents and PocketWatch. What was originally a generic toy channel became a franchise with merchandise, a Nick Jr. Television series, video games and various YouTube spin-offs. Now, we have this movie which gained a wide theatrical release and was pulled after only three weeks, not even making a tenth of its budget.
The story involves Ryan's younger sisters being kidnapped and Ryan must save them under his superhero alter-ego the Red Titan after he acts like a jerk to them, leading to the kidnapping. There goes our hero, causing a plot device for the sake of doing so! Some of the other Ryan's World characters also appear in this film but they're one-dimensional and forgettable.
The live-action portions are like amateur night, they barely improve from the YouTube channel itself. The animation is a bit stiff at times but its bright and colourful, and it helps that San-Ei Animation, the studio behind the Doraemon anime is behind this.
But overall... there was a reason why this bombed big time, it came out at the wrong time when Ryan's World isn't as big as it once was... and just feels like more pressure from PocketWatch. Will Ryan ever regret this film once he becomes an adult? Who knows.
