When the three CJs come out of their cubicles at approx 1:12:30, the CJ on the left already has his mask down, but, after cutting back from Jeff and Brian at approx 1:12:33, all three CJs are shown with their mask up before they each pull their masks down.
When Jeff and Brian confront the army of CJs in the final showdown, the CJs vary in height and many have different hair colors.
After they abandon the first stolen minivan they steal another one but it's the same van with the same plate number and scratch on the front bumper. Later in the scene it has a different plate number but same car.
The ostensibly protracted car chase, presented as a long pursuit in a single direction, repeatedly traverses the same short stretch of the Trans-Canada Highway near Maple Ridge, British Columbia, looping back and forth past the same off-ramp and warehouse in both directions of travel.
When riding in the second stolen Honda Odyssey, both Lucas and CJ are shown wearing the same headphones that they were wearing in the first, original stolen Honda Odyssey that they abandoned earlier.
When Jeff is showing the To Do List to Brian at approx 0:20, Item #4 has the word "neighbor" spelled in the English style of "neighbour."
In the beginning, when Alan Ritchson is driving the Honda Odyssey minivan, he reaches between the seats and grabs the emergency brake. The Honda Odyssey does not have an emergency brake between the seats.
When Emily (Sarah Chalke) calls Jeff's number, it shows on the caller ID along with her photo, this couldn't happen unless he had her photo.
Despite being involved in numerous high speed chases with hard turns and stops, no seat belts are worn, even by children. Nonetheless, they remain safely positioned in their seats as if the car were stationary.
When Alan Ritchson is fighting in the dressing room, the assassin tries to stab Ritchson and the knife hits the lockers. You see the knife bend revealing it's made of rubber or plastic.
At around 11:40 mins Ivy (Lauren Akemi Bradley) hand over a bag to Brain (Kevin James) with grapes inside. camera switch to Leslie (Isla Fisher) then back to Brain (Kevin James) and he holds a bag of carrots.
About the 43 minute mark they are driving down the highway after escaping the bad guys and in the background on the left hand side, you can see a Canadian Tire sign.
Brian and Jeff being wanted kidnappers is never resolved.
