Attending the premiere of Like Aani Subscribe in Singapore was an electrifying experience, with the film captivating the audience from the very beginning. The director , Abhishek Merukar built an atmosphere of mystery and suspense, expertly crafting a story that kept everyone guessing until the last moment. The multiple intersecting narratives kept viewers on edge, questioning each character's motives. The climax was unexpected and left me in awe. The film's clever pacing, coupled with its brilliant twist, makes it a benchmark for regional thrillers, proving that Marathi cinema can hold its own in the suspense genre.
One of the best thriller mystery movies made in marathi cinema. The dark comedy lands its punches and makes it an entertaining watch. The starcast has put in effort and it shows. An amazing performance from all. Jui bhagwat character is loveable and relatable. Ameya Wagh's performance especially stands out.
The story is existing and a special mention to the background music.
The songs are earworms and refuse to stop playing in a loop in your head.
It is a break form the same "run of the mill" movies in the market. An existing new genre that can be enjoyed by the whole family irrespective of age, gender etc.
I will definitely recommend watching this movie.....A must watch !!

After reading the title of this movie, I thought it must be a cringe movie about a GenZ influencer. But I was wrong. Amruta Khanvilkar and Ameya Wagh acted very well in this one. The girl playing the influencer is not that good in acting. It's a murder mystery. How the influencer gets stuck in it and how the character of Amruta Khanvilkar tries to help her is shown in this one. Some part of it is predictable. Still I would consider it a good attempt. The twist in the story is good. They kept the curiosity alive till the end by giving good story build up. They should have come up with better name though.
I only watch movies that have a rating of 6+ on IMDB, and I never usually review movies on IMDB. However, this is probably my first review on the platform, and I'm writing it because Like and Subscribe truly deserves appreciation. This Marathi movie is a rare gem that combines suspense with light-hearted humor, making it a unique and engaging watch. Unlike typical suspense thrillers that rely on horror or dark themes, this film keeps you on the edge of your seat while also sprinkling in moments of laughter that feel natural and refreshing.
The storytelling is crisp and keeps you hooked from start to finish. The plot unfolds in a way that keeps you guessing, and just when you think you've figured it out, it surprises you with another twist. What stands out the most is the brilliant acting by the entire cast. Each character is well-written and portrayed with such authenticity that you feel connected to them throughout the movie. The performances are so convincing that you forget you're watching a film and get completely immersed in the story.
The cinematography and background score further elevate the experience, creating an atmosphere that complements the mood of the film perfectly.
What I loved most about Like and Subscribe is its ability to keep you entertained without relying on unnecessary drama or over-the-top elements. It's a clean, well-crafted film that respects the audience's intelligence and delivers a satisfying cinematic experience. Whether you're a fan of suspense, comedy, or just good storytelling, this movie has something for everyone.
In a world where most films either focus on heavy drama or mindless entertainment, Like and Subscribe stands out as a breath of fresh air. It's a must-watch for anyone who appreciates quality cinema.
I highly recommend it and hope more people discover this underrated masterpiece.

In an era dominated by social media, where likes and subscriptions often define success and validation, "Like Aani Subscribe" emerges as an incredibly thought-provoking film that captures the complexities of contemporary relationships. Directed by Abhishek, the film presents a narrative that resonates deeply with today's audience, making it a must-watch.
At its core, "Like Aani Subscribe" offers a compelling story that addresses the societal pressures of social media and the impact it has on our personal connections. The film skillfully weaves together themes of love, friendship, and the quest for validation in a world where the number of followers often outweighs the quality of real-life interactions. As the plot unfolds, viewers are introduced to characters who navigate the fine line between online personas and their true selves, highlighting the discrepancies that often exist between the two.
Abhishek's direction is nothing short of commendable. He manages to bring a fresh perspective to a subject that has become all too familiar. The cinematography is visually stunning, effectively capturing the vibrant yet isolating world of social media. Every frame is thoughtfully composed, adding depth to the narrative and enhancing the viewer's experience. The use of color and light symbolizes the characters' emotional states, creating a rich tapestry that draws the audience into their lives.
One of the standout aspects of the film is its ability to maintain mystery and suspense throughout. The narrative is cleverly structured, with unexpected twists and turns that keep the audience guessing until the very end. This element of surprise not only elevates the viewing experience but also serves as a metaphor for the unpredictability of life in the digital age. Just when you think you have it all figured out, the film throws a curveball that challenges your assumptions, a testament to Abhishek's skillful storytelling.
The performances in "Like Aani Subscribe" deserve special mention. The cast delivers strong, authentic portrayals that bring the characters to life. Another notable aspect of the film is its ability to balance humor with serious undertones. These lighthearted scenes not only serve to entertain but also highlight the absurdities of life in the age of social media, reminding us not to take ourselves too seriously.
"Like Aani Subscribe" also shines a light on the phenomenon of online fame and its consequences. It challenges the notion that popularity equates to happiness, urging viewers to reflect on their own relationships and the importance of genuine connections.
