Do some sleeves up hands dirty charity work without cameras and find some gratitude for life .

Not sure how one turns 50 and still can't find a therapist or a good friend that is unpaid .Depression is a real problem. Not something to glamorize or make an excuse about . This wallowing in our faces seems like the polite thing to do is at least offer a warm washcloth at the end .
