I like the chemistry between the two main characters lucas and emma, they look genuinely together and even the story kinda doesn't make sense in some scene, but Meg and Ben performance takes the show, and to be honest the other actors is the awkward ones like the principal that just gives people detention and cleaning the bathroom, but main antagonist Brielle is on point she's annoying, and if I am annoyed at you for sure you nailed that, glad that I watched this show in reelsyory just saw an ad with maid for my nemesis with it and meg kinda stole but didn't expect to actually like it hope to see more im bigger show for Meg and Ben.
This is absolutely amazing, me and my friend sat and watched the whole thing in our sixth form common room during our frees. The story line is so beautiful yet leaves on on edge with the bone shaking plot twists. Absolute cinematic masterpiece from reelshorts and i haven't been blessed with such cinema in years. I need this injected into my bloodstream and then i'll die happy.
Lucas is sexy, the tension between him and emma is just riveting. I felt it in my toes.
Overall: no work done -> but my life has been changed and no amount of revision could do what that show did to me.
I blame you ben armstrong.

Turns out I've been living in a lie, as a I thought I only liked horror, thriller and mystical movies, but then...
I came across a promo video for this film on Facebook, and it was so interesting that I had to search it up, and it was a good decision, as I loved every second of it! I'm not used to this genre, but I guess I'll start watching more from this topic...
The plot was well built, the actors and actresses were awesome so overally the whole movie was really entertaining. I'm also not even a bit used to watching vertical films, but it doesn't reduce any of the enjoyment the movie itself gives.
So finally, Maid for My Nemesis is definitely worth watching!

After being elected as class president, Emma (Meg Bush), a poor girl attending an elite private school on a scholarship, is shocked when her fellow student, and nemesis, Lucas Bennett (Ben Armstrong) shows up at her after school job and beats up customers to protect her honour. With no one, not even her best friend Callie (Fey Sotan) knowing the truth about her situation - that she is poor, her father is in the hospital, and that she is working to pay his medical bills, Emma accepts a job as a personal maid, not realising she will be working for Lucas, forced into wearing a "maid" costume, Emma reluctantly continues working for him. Lucas, however, shows her kindness and is protecting her at every turn, eventually, school bully and mean girl, Brielle (Sydney Culberstone), catches Emma at Lucas' house in her maid outfit and posts a picture on her locker, to avoid having her reputation ruined, Emma quickly declares she is actually Lucas' girlfriend and to her surprise Lucas backs her up, but what happens when Lucas' absent mother returns and Brielle finds out the truth....
Meg Bush is, without a doubt, an incredible talent and has her acting prowess on full display throughout this series, I absolutely adore her as an actress and especially as Emma, the emotion in her voice and looks of despair convey the emotion to the audience so well, as a viewer you feel everything this character is going through, truly a star in the making.
Ben Armstrong is a standout in his own right, this is the only series I have had the luck of being able to see him in, however, his portrayal of Lucas Bennet is outstanding and the protective nature of the character shines through, whether it is in standing up for Emma against bullies, driving her to school, or simply helping her with her father, Lucas is such a wonderful character with a deep and well thought-out storyline expertly portrayed by Ben.
And finally, Fey Stone, as Callie, we all need a best friend like Callie, who will have our back no matter what, campaign for us, get us a bandaid when we are hurt and be the shoulder we need to cry on. One thing I adore about this character is the way she is Emma's cheerleader and never has a moment of jealousy about her achievements, how a best friend should be! Fey did an amazing job in this role, and I hope to see more of her soon!!
This is one of the best, more recent, series released by ReelShort and there is a reason these three, newer stars, had this vertical nominated for Vertical of The Year!

Absolutely loved Emma and Lucas. Emma's acting was top notch, Lucas needs a tiny bit of work to be a flawless actor but both Characters had me 1000% invested
Lucas had me absolutely in love with his character. His eyes and expressions are so genuine, and had me so invested in this love story. I deeply hope to see more of him in other productions. Currently looking to watch more things he's been in and am disappointed not seeing much so far. Rising Star for sure. The only reason I gave this movie 8 out of 10 was a lot of the other actors need some serious work being believable. But for the two main actors, 10/10 hands down.
