This anime starts off as an isekai but that is irrelevant rather quick. Still, the main character is very unique within the new world he finds himself in and it is a unique portrayal of a summoned hero to another world.

While the start is a bit bumpy the series really takes off after a couple episodes. The story is generally well written, with nice twists, good humor and somewhat unexpected events - some of which, however, feel a bit forced. Further, the romantic elements are quite well placed.

Graphics and english dub is also good. Watchable for all audiences.

I'm looking forward to a 2nd season.

I'll be quite harsh in my review, so let's start with the great stuff - basically everything in season 1. Absolutely amazing and worth rewatching in a loop. So naturally I got hyped for season 2 but utterly disappointed. And here we go: I couldn't feel the same magic in the episodes, it was just stuff happening because it had to happen - more like a Fanfiction. Plot armor became the norm and way too heavy. In the end it felt like an abstract script for your standard series; nothing new, nothing exciting, everything expected. I sadly wasn't able to continue after a episode 4 even though I tried hard. Maybe it is better to watch with low expectations.

I've watched all available episodes so far and I really liked it. The main character is really adorable, the world is rich in magic and the story interesting with twists and humor.

The first episode is a great start and introduces the characters and the setting extremely well. Afterwards the pacing is quite steady, not too slow and not too fast - just perfect to follow while not getting bored. The characters all have great voices, especially the voice actor for Monica needs a raise!

Other than that, the graphics are also great.

Defenitely worth watching.
