Highest to Lowest is an engaging movie with a good performance by Denzel Washington and Jeffery Wright. The story was interesting though I'm not sure what the true point of it was. It is very high tension and the dialog and supporting casts really make it watchable. The music is vintage Spike with the right song in all the right places. I wish it had gotten a wider release before going to Apple TV. I think many people would have enjoyed this movie in their local theatre. It's not the greatest movie but it's worth an evening of thought and watching master actors play.

I never saw Wicked on stage, but I heard a lot about it. This version with Cynthia Ervio as Elphaba gives the tale a whole new flavor. She is brilliant in the role. Watching it I really had to pinch myself because I couldn't believe what I was seeing. This will become a timeless movie with so many great scenes. The music was fabulous. I enjoyed every minute.

Can't say I'm much for horror movies but if I'm going to watch one this would be it. Love the set up and yes for Black people this is definitely horror. The cast is interesting, and the story is familiar but unique in that it spins a simple tale of black people in white spaces into a great and horrifying movie. I enjoyed it.
