Wow. This is literally the worst thing I've ever seen, including random home videos found in the goodwill store.

Well, this had no reviews so I thought I'd look up the director. He basically had done loads of movies about UFO conspiracy theories from what I can see. And several short documentaries, all with similar names like God vs UFOs, none of which have reviews.

So I suspected that they may all be basically the same thing but this one may have had the name changed to include AI, in order to attract interest - and I was correct.

But it's even worse than that. This is a documentary that appears to be composed entirely out of stock imagery with a voice over (quite possibly AI - perhaps that's the "AI" in the title!).

It's basically some kind of nonsense essay being read to you for 45 minutes with a random bit of video of a random soldier when they're talking about the military, some footage of the Bible when they're talking about God, random people with VR headsets on, or in Sci fi costumes, and some really bizarre footage of a glowing plastic alien figure, filmed against the backdrop of what looks like the Nevada desert. A corporate promotional video would be better.

UFOs, of course, feature heavily, much more heavily than AI which appears to have been randomly inserted into a script already written about God vs UFOs.

If you were considering watching this, you owe me.

Apart from being an amazing story, one of the things I loved about this is how much footage they have over quite a long period of time, video of Demis from when he was a young kid playing chess and over many years of the development of Deep Mind. This meant that you went on the journey with them and celebrated their successes and failures alongside them.

I guess i'm not that aware about all of this stuff because i had slightly confused it with LLMs and of course this is something different, more important and more interesting. I really recommend watching this, everyone should know about where our future is heading.

I saw this at a screening and thought it was a great idea and incredibly relevant to where we are today - in the middle of a migrant "crisis".

It's got a good storyline and even a plot twist. I'm not gay and generally don't seek out gay movies, I watched it because I like Sci fi, but I still really enjoyed this and it felt very natural.

The interview with the director was quite revealing he said that within an hour of launch it had hundreds of 1 star reviews from bots, because of the gay content one presumes.

A tiny budget movie like this should never have 427 ratings on Imdb, so that kind of backs up his claim.

Overall I enjoyed it, the acting was good, couldn't fault it, really engaging leads and the story was good too. 9/10.
