Just finished Dexter: Original Sin and wow - this prequel delivers more than I expected. Set in 1991, it dives deep into the origins of Dexter Morgan, long before he became Miami's most meticulous blood spatter analyst. Patrick Gibson steps into the iconic role and nails the eerie charm and internal conflict that made the original so addictive. He's not trying to mimic Michael C. Hall - he's building something fresh while honoring the legacy.
Christian Slater as Harry Morgan? Brilliant casting. He brings a sharper edge to Dexter's moral compass, showing us how the infamous "Code" was shaped. And Molly Brown as young Debra adds just the right amount of sass and chaos to the mix.

I could tell from the beginning, making this movie was a bad idea. After I saw the cast I could tell this movie doomed. I have nothing against any of those actors but I must say casting a Dakota was a biggest mistake for the role! Anyone read the comics could say that. This movie was like terminator meeting final destination! No good story, big mess, lot of waste of potentials. I must say worst choice of villain! We have good movies, bad movies but like to watch but this was bad bad like that bad I was torturing myself to sit through the whole movie. I wonder do they even watch their movie?!!$
